Private credit
Frost.finance is a brandable desk for a private credit book. Host it on the house’s site, shape every facility, and run the book from one screen.
A firm runs this as its own system. The hostname, the password, and the names on the book belong to the house. What you customize is the credit: currencies, jurisdictions, rates, day counts, and the tests a lender actually uses.

Each fund carries a currency. Each borrower has a legal name and a jurisdiction. Facilities are booked against those records.

Set the commitment, the rate in basis points, Actual/360 or Actual/365, the dates, and the covenants. A term loan and a revolver follow the rule you choose.
One desk for the life of a private credit position. Amounts show in major units. Draws, payments, and accruals preview before they post.
A fund is a lending vehicle with one currency. The desk lists every fund the house has opened.
A borrower is a legal name and a jurisdiction. Every facility for that name hangs on the record.
A facility opens as a draft, becomes active, and closes when its balances are zero. A term loan spends availability as it funds. A revolver frees availability as principal comes back.
Draw cash up to availability. Commitment, funded, outstanding, and availability stay on the facility.
The rate is basis points. Accrual runs from the last accrual date on Actual/360 or Actual/365, rounded half up to the minor unit.
Cash pays fees, then accrued interest, then principal. A remainder stays unapplied, and the split is on screen before it posts.
Charge a fee on an active facility. It remains due until a payment applies it.
A test is at most or at least a threshold. Record an actual. The desk keeps the result and the headroom.
Funds, borrowers, and facilities share one screen. Outstanding sums when every facility uses the same currency.
Draft, then active. Draw, accrue, charge a fee, take a payment, record a covenant test. Close the facility when its balances are zero.
